As we had a daily talk about his training progress and conditions, I asked him have he had a chance of fighting against Asa in training, then he said: "No, but I wanna fight him on the basho next year." Is it possible I asked and he just answered that it's the reason his working so hard, the surgery and dropping back to makushita was a setback but he believes before the end of the new year he will have a chance to fight him as he is one of the big guys he haven't won - yet. Yokozuna promotion for Kotooshu.... ....Ozeki promotion for Hakuho and Kotomitsuki....and possibly for Wakanosato... ....new ways of "clowning" for Takamisakari.... ....hanging around and survive in makuuchi for entire 2006 bashos for Kyokushuzan... ....gain additional 100 pounds for Ama.... ....new poemic blogging for Futeno... ....decent mage for Hakurozan.... ....titanium cast ankle protection for Kaiho... ....shoulder bump removal and longer sanyaku wages for Myabiyama... ....more Japanese look and feeling for Kyokutenho...... ....etc..etc Well, anybody "knows" more I'm glad to hear.... yamaneko 2 Posted December 28, 2005 Hopefully baruto can come out of makushita with only 1 or 2 losses. Makushita this basho seems very strong. Youve got baruto, then 2 up and coming japanese (whats their name? Shibuya and kageyama?) plus the "hot new" gaijin, wakanoho. Should be some good matchups.
