Now I have set my Intrasanyaku pairings (which I hold for the best), and my old thought said to me: Ura's partner for day 4 should be Shonnanoumi. BTW Yesterday I didn't know that Takayasu goes kyujo. But I find it fine that this is a game among the life. and not all is predictable. So it is a game! Provomisakari

Two game 21 bouts were on day 1. As expected, the Yokozuna beat the new Sanyaku Hiradoumi. But surprisingly, Atamifuji beat the favorite Hoshoryu. The newcomer Jimmizakura was the only one who had predicted this. He now leads the table with 2 points and an outstanding tiebreaker value. By the way, I suspect that Jimmi is a dear old acquaintance who is just competing under a new name. But I don't know for sure. Perhaps Yarimotsu can confirm it for us. Tameikis ranking after Natsu Basho Today we get - as ever a bit late - a new Tameiki's ranking. Yesterday I thought I had finished it, but then I noticed that Susanoo had fallen far down in my table. That couldn't be, after his good result in Natsu. So I had to look for mistakes! Today I found them. Now Susanoo is in the lead by points (only with TB1), just ahead of Karasukurai and Asapedroryu, the leader after Haru. And not far behind them wait some guys with only 5 participations and a better average. Now on the end of the Basho we know: All 4 bouts did not take place (Dntp) Bout 6 and 17 do not count (Dnc), because the Rikishi Asanoyama resp. Takerufuji were on all days kosho (not in the Torikumi). These bouts bring to nobody any points. For bout 2 on one or more days both rikishi could be set against each other, but this did never take place. These bouts had the result X. But just these bouts did nobody vote as X. So nobody gets for one of these bouts one or more points. The ranking after day 10 is also the Final ranking. Yesterday I wrote: On day 10 shold be two game 21 bouts. But as I see it was only one. The bout No.10 didn't be. In boujt 11 won Oshoma against Ryuden. It was not a henka. but after a some seconds long fight Oshoma saw the free shoulders of Ryuden and touched him down. Hatakikomi. Now we have no more leaders group, but a sole leader.
