Difficult poll! I think he'll stay ozeki and won't retire. ( but I'm not ojective about Kaio, I'm a fan... )

I miss the Kaio option:

kadobans and 10+ bashos

After day 10, Kaio is 5-5, having lost to both Ozekis he's faced (Hakuho and Chiyotaikai). He obviously must win 3 of his last 5 matches for a simple KK.

We already know who 4 of his opponents will be. Kaio has yet to face Kotooshu, Tochiazuma, and Asashoryu. On day 11 he is scheduled against, Roho, who he was 1-4 against in 2006 (they didn't meet in one basho). Things look bleak, IMO. I think he's going to have *at least* 2 more losses.

Will Kaio get a KK, and with how many wins? If he doesn't get to 8-7, and is kadoban again, will he retire or try again in March?

Very good questions.

I feel Kaio still has some good sumo left in him.

I get the feeling he will continue in 2007. It won't come as a surprise to me,however if he decides to retire in 2007.

I am learning from my previous predictions that whatever I say the opposite happens so I am sorry to say this will be Kaios last year as an active rikishi he will retire before or just after Aki 2007.

Oh and I wont win the bench sumo Makunouchi yusho this year.
