Aran - you pussy, leaping around like a pansy against a real man. Homasho looking good Tochiozan - on fire! glad I picked him for lots of games, he is hot and cold but this basho is white hot! The world of sumo is so superstitious about such things - it's so superstitious that even I have become superstitious about such things, seemed like it was tempting fate. And if enough people believe it, the superstition has power. The previously unflappable Ama (sorry, Haruma) is highly flappable. Again I curse his heya. I'm just sayin'... :-) Yeah, I hadn't checked, but it seemed like this was a very good sign for Oshu. Of course, he is probably realizing it too, and he doesn't handle pressure well. I'm just sayin'... :-) Since becoming yokozuna, Asashoryu started basho with four straight win 18 times. Only once he failed to win yusho. Perhaps his old Tokoyama is right.
