Guest Vincentoryu Posted March 16, 2004 What did happen to the kyujo watch. I always found this one of the really cool and handy features of this forum. I bet it has something to do with the retirement of the 'old' rijicho. I want to thank him for all the effort he put into this forum! :-) And I also want to wish the new team of administrators the very best in doing the admin tasks. Kaikitsune Makoto 209 Posted March 16, 2004 Kyujo watch was just a normal thread so why not let this thread be the official kyujo watch thread. Tochiazuma is kyujo due to messed up shoulder. Asamiyoshi is kyujo due to retinal detachment injury (eye). Takanonami's fighting spirit and hunger for sumo is kyujo due to veteran-status, lack of active friends in heya, bad ankles and overall decline in strength. Zenjimoto 40 Posted March 16, 2004 Actually I think he is referring to a little line on top of each forum page, that said: Kyujo Watch: blah blah... (I am not worthy...)

Oikeassa 0 Posted March 16, 2004 Takanonami's fighting spirit and hunger for sumo is kyujo due to veteran-status, lack of active friends in heya, bad ankles and overall decline in strength. If this was a basis for kyujo, Takanonami would be in sandamme.

Guest Vincentoryu Posted March 16, 2004 Yes, this line on top of the pages was what I meant. Thanks for bringing it back into this forum! (Shaking head...)
