Hm, tricky - each player should check for kyujo before the basho in order to avoid the thing that happened to you. Moreover, when I allow it now, others will ask the same in the future. But heck, yeah, why not grant this just once? With the restriction of having only the bottom 32 rikishi at one's disposal, it is hard enough to start in Natsu Basho anyway, so good luck with Sunaga.
