Nagoya Basho Heya Locations

Recommended Posts

Hey there, folks.

A friend of mine wants to see asageiko when the rikishi are here in Nagoya. Does anyone know where I can find a list of where the various heya practice during the Nagoya basho?

I have all of them in my car navigation. If you let me know which heya I can forward you the addresses! Most are far away from the gym where the basho is located!!

I don't know which heya, that's why I need a list. We need to find one that will a) allow the public to view, b) allow foreigners to view, and c) allow non-flash photography. All that, and reasonably easy to get to.

Well, here's a list from last year...I suppose one of the upcoming Sumo (?) magazine editions should have an updated listing, but I guess there won't be too many changes.

Sorry for the late reply, but I wanted to thank Asashosakari for this. Just what I need!

Absolutely, I don't remember which sumo monthly magazine is it exactly (Sumou or Ouzumou), but you could find the updated heya list into.
