Unfortunately, professional considerations have put the project on hold for now. but below is an excerpt describing Futabayama' s early days in sumo. -------------- Futabayama Autobiography Chapter 2 - Tatsunami Beya Section 1 - Joining Sumo I was taken to practice on the very first day I joined the world of sumo (in March 1927). I was made to put on a mawashi, and do a couple of keiko (training) sessions. To my shock, I beat out all my senior stablemates.
