Most of the time I'm just a lurker around here, but maybe adding my opinion makes things a tiny little bit more objective. Your posts are no fun to read, and yes, I'd agree that many of them come across quite trollish. Maturity is not overrated, especially at this place where the quality of conversation is quite high. Since you and some other not-so-long-term-member have joined, my enjoyment of following these forums has considerably decreased. Instead of claiming to be insulted, better spend a thought about respect before posting, indeed.

However it seems that you are the one who is out of touch with reality. The technology, medicine and supplements available today mean that the standards have been raised compared to 20 years ago. You dont seriously believe Asashoryu solely relied on Mongolian springs to heal his elbows

Um, they might not be idiots, (Ok, some of them are,) but neither are they Rhodes Scholars. They're former high-level rikishi who may or may not have had any real education, and their ability to solve real issues (as demonstrated over the last few years) have swung from the rediculous to the WTF. They take turns being leaders without any of them having any real managerial or organizational training.

Equating the word "Oyakata" with "latest technology" and "in touch with reality" is like the phrase "Bluetooth Abacus". The sole "modern" tech aid that they use is the video replay during bashos.

And you have proof that the Kyokai got in touch with you personally and agreed with you?

And to say that Asashosakari is out of touch with reality is to say that Stevie Wonder really doesn't have a good ear.
