The city has a corner for the local rikishi in its free paper "Yokote fun tsushin", published 4 times a year, as pdf on the net at https://www.city.yokote.lg.jp/kanko/page0000056.html - together with the other local Abezakura - in the past with Rikito. In the Asuka period, the Tenji tenno built Takayasu castle on the Takayasuyama. Akinomaki 40,766 Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) Kotonowaka (Chiba pref shusshin) today reported his juryo promotion to the governor of Tottori - home pref. of grandad Kotozakura, which name he wants to take on some (ozeki) day.
