Nothing to do with the heart or lungs. He had surgery on his right knee and needs long term recovery. He should go banzuke-gai and only return once he is fully healed.

He only recently (in March) returned from a surgery, seems to be injured again

And it turns out the heart issue at least was a misdiagnosis. One doctor told him that and it became gospel. But after another thorough check, his heart is fine (funny, as he was using mini oxygen tanks at practice the two times I went). I'm not sure if they half size lungs thing isn't just a rumour that go legs itself. Anyway, I still like the guy and hope he makes his way back up.

Well, something is definitely not right with him and it is related to breathing. My take is that the diagnosis was correct-the publishing of it publicly was a mistake, so they decided to go with "misdiagnosis".
