Tanaka is a 4th generation rikishi: the father-in-law of Kurohimeyama was Kitanonada, Tanaka's father is former makushita Haguronada.

As he was in hospital in February with retinal detachment of the left eye (after keiko), Tanaka decided to leave high school after 1 year to join ozumo instead. His father was against it at first, but his son's passion made him change that. Granddad simply told him "Do shiko, teppo - the basics!" - and he also recommended Sakaigawa-beya to his grandson.

Nishiiwa-beya has two recruits this time, the other one is 18-year-old Koki Kosuge (小菅 広樹) from Takayasu's hometown Tsuchiura, Ibaraki prefecture.

Oyama (left) and Kosuge with the shisho. They weren't scouted but instead sought out the heya themselves and asked to join.

The next uchi-deshi for Futagoyama-oyakata to enter Fujishima-beya - or will he have his own heya by then and Souma Imai 今井颯真 (14, 176cm, 117kg) from Ogano town wants to wait till then?

Imai wants to become the 2nd sekitori from the town, Tsurugidake was the only one so far - he made Imai to start sumo in 1st year middle school - Imai was in the tennis club. That same year he met for the first time with Futagoyama, who had come to the town to meet his old heya-mate - and he came again and again to invite Imai to enter.

Imai of course wants to aim for yokozuna, the rikishi he longs to become like is Takayasu.

From left:

22-year-old Takashi? Fujishima (藤島 樹) from Mutsu, Aomori prefecture. He'll need some kind of shikona change right off the bat.

19-year-old Hiroki Mukaida (向田 浩基) from Awaji, Hyogo prefecture.

16-year-old Yasuto? Kawamura (川村 泰斗) from Suzuka, Mie prefecture.

The heya's new yobidashi Kenta is 15 and from Sakai, Osaka prefecture. Not sure we'll actually see him this basho, I read on a blog that he'll officially join as of June 1st. Have to wait and see on that.

Imai will also need a shikona change. Going purely by this shot of the heya ranking boards (third panel from the left), it looks like he's taking the first kanji from his given name, and the first kanji from the shisho's old shikona. I can only guess what the intended reading is. Soga?

 

And finally, Kokonoe-beya has a new new recruit whose name is Yuki Kinoshita (木下 祐希), the same as Chiyootori (albeit with one different kanji in the given name).

Also, their new gyoji Kimura Ryunosuke is the younger brother of Chiyotaiho.

As Yubinhaad mentioned, Fujishima won't be able to use that as shikona because oyakata names are forbidden - allowed for maezumo, like shikona in use? Amarsanaa hasn't applied, so he hasn't joined yet - maybe his trial wasn't satisfying. He won't be at maezumo before Aki.

The maezumo competition for Natsu 2018. No returning rikishi are joining the 12 debutants, the first time that's the case since Haru 2016.

Adopted shikona:

Imai -> Sōga 颯雅 (not confirmed beyond Yubinhaad's sleuthing, but I think he's correct)
Suzuki -> Asahisato 朝日里 (presumably) It's 朝日郷, confirmed Day 8
Fujishima -> Ōju 欧樹 (see post below)
Kawabata -> Rōman Roman 浪満 (see post below)
Kosuge -> Wakakosuge 若小菅 (obviously)
Oyama -> Wakaoyama 若小山 (obviously)
Tanaka -> Tanakayama 田中山 (obviously)

No clue about Fujishima and Kawabata based on the yobidashi and gyoji announcements, maybe somebody else has better luck. Edited, thanks Yubinhaad.

Fujishima = Oju (欧樹). First kanji from the shisho, second is another reading of his given name.

Interesting shikona for Kawabata, Tatsunami-beya gives it as Roman (浪満).

They seemingly went out of their way to avoid pairing up Asahisato and Wakaoyama a second time (flipping the match order of the two Wakas), but unfortunately they didn't do it for Roman-Mukaida, which already featured on the first day.
