Using Win 7 and Firefox, watching both direct from YT and after downloading (on a crappy internet connection) with zero problems. Perhaps the complainer needs to see to his/her own end of things. No idea if it's classified as a tech issue, if it is even something you have control over, or is purely a YT thing. I usually download the MP4 720P version (when available), but today that download continually failed - wouldn't even really start. The MP4 360P version I switched to downloaded perfectly.
