What basho/bout is this image from?

Are we sure that's not shōkkiri? The crowd looks awfully upbeat and dense for a lower division bout, and I doubt that kind of pose, even if a freeze frame, is realistically possible between two rikishi of the same build in an ordinary bout. Also the shimpan and next gyōji are absent, so it can't be a honbasho bout.

Good point. I just stumbled on the image in a Google search. It's pretty striking even if shōkkiri.

If both toriteki (under-juryo rikishi) in torikumi have oicho-mage, it is always shokkiri.
