It's different in the Japanese original, I'll bet.

English would allow for some variations --

Oyakata: "So, are your knees feeling great?"

Terunofuji: "Nah, just 'OK'."

Oyakata to Press: "His knees are OK."

I guess ok in this context could mean "not worse than usual". However the usual state of his knees is not what you'd exactly call OK...

The context is that the oyakata said: "The knees and the muscles are in terrific good shape, only the back is not good" - making that shortly OK is OK I think
