There’s only one precedent of 0-0-15 from M9W in the 15-day era, but that was when the kōshō system was still around so doesn’t apply - Minatofuji in Natsu 2000. However one needs to look no further than all the 0-0-15 records at M8 to suggest he’s ending up somewhere between J3-J7 (offset against the M8 precedents).
