From the start of school Shibuya did baseball, injured his right elbow in 1st year middle school and lost his potential for baseball. I hadn't looked in detail at the kesho mawashi, but Kato actually has the one of Kisenosato himself with his favorite Raoh and not the 2nd attendant kesho mawashi, while Shibuya has that with the hero of the manga for the tachimochi.
