sahaven111 178 Posted April 3, 2024 Is that old website archived anywhere? I've heard of it but i can't remember if i've ever actually read it... I was watching old footage of a tournament from 1999-2000 and wanted to read what people were thinking back then..
Jejima 1,414 Posted April 3, 2024 (edited) The sumo mailing list is still in existence. It is currently hosted by @Kuramarujo . Edit: But he last visited the Sumo Forum over a decade ago, it would seem. Edit #2: PM me your email address, and I'll try and put you in touch with him that way.... Although he might not have the archive from that far back. Edit #3: I could email the sumo mailing list for you to see if anyone knows if there is any archives? Let me know. Jakusotsu 6,049 Posted April 3, 2024 @Jejima The archive is here, but that won't help because we're talking about 1999-2000, long before Joe took over.
Akinomaki 40,777 Posted April 3, 2024 The old archive from 1993-2005 can be found on the Wayback machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20070106134814/www.banzuke.com/ArchiveIndex.html
Asashosakari 19,655 Posted April 3, 2024 Lots of weirdly broken links though, besides messages that archive.org simply never grabbed there are many where clicking the subject line will lead to some entirely different comment.
