Let the games begin!

First up, Mae-zumo.

And let's start drawing Jonokuchi rikishi for them.....

Kachikoshi will start with jk16E Musubiyama.

Somehow (check the link), Musubiyama managed to have SIX bouts in mae-zumo in May, and ended up going 2-4, despite losing FIVE of his bouts. Something is strange about this one...

Andreas21 receives Jk14W Shimizuumi.

Shimizuumi was unbeaten in his mae-zumo matches last basho.

This will be Aoiyama's third consecutive basho at J11W. Stuck in a rut?

J5W Hakuhonofan has J13E Hakuoho.

Hakuoho has the potential to do well, if he a) turns up and b) doesn't withdraw mid-basho.

J6W Katooshu completes the Juryo draw (for now, awaiting @#1HENKAFAN and @Terarno) with S2E Kirishima.

Kirishima needs ten wins to return to Ozeki 'the easy way'.
