Bugman Re-Hatched 14 Posted September 9 (edited) The roof hanging over the dohyo was the first thing that caught my eye for some reason, on my initial exposure to sumo. It was in the 1990s, when channel 4 in the UK would show highlights of Chiyonofuji and company, and my father and I would sit and watch without really knowing much, but enjoying the atmosphere. I remember looking at it, the exotic detail, the heavenly lights emanating downwards and a strange cosy, protective feel it gave to the clay floor underneath. There's no sport as mysterious as Sumo I feel, fascinating video! thanks a lot. Edited September 9 by Bugman Re-Hatched
