The new 39th Kimura Shonosuke joined Kitanofuji's Izutsu-beya in Oct. 1977. Till 2 years ago, he wrote the banzuke for 15 years, is a calligraphy specialist. On the 80th birthday of his former shisho, he wrote one of 福寿 for a big sensu fan, that was the souvenir of the celebration, on the back 3 torikumi of Kitanofuji, with Kotozakura, Tamanoumi and Taiho.

In 3rd, 4th year primary school he began to like sumo, when the shisho became yokozuna. He wrote him a letter with the wish to become gyoji, got one back and soon after Kitanofuji came to his house and told him he wants to have him at the heya - he left high school in first year and joined.

I was wondering if the current shonosuke had the shortest stint as inosuke ever and if there is a list of tategyoji somewhere on the internet

Not quite. The 34th Inosuke was promoted for 2006 Hatsu, and then reached mandatory retirement a month later. His immediate successor was promoted for 2006 Haru and also had only one basho as Inosuke, but he was younger and so was promoted to Shonosuke.

The 14th Inosuke was promoted for 1925 Hatsu, but sadly he died in December 1924, so his tenure was limited to the banzuke and not the basho.

The first Inosuke from Kanagawa pref., the 43rd had the tate gyoji promotion party on the 20th in the famous jungyo location Fujisawa (next the 30th on Apr. 12th fujisawabasyo.com)

he uses the symbol of Kanagawa pref. on his gyoji attire https://www.nga.gr.jp/pref_info/symbol/kanagawa.html - a design of the kanji 神 kami from Kanagawa

performing the dohyo matsuri routine (not yet for him, unless Shonosuke is ill)

with the jungyo promoter, who is head of the ozumo Kanagawa koenkai, promoting ozumo in general
