Game 21 is the game in which we predict who will win (A or B) or whether the fight will not take place (X) In the past, we shared the game management so that Yarimotsu chose the fights and I then did the daily evaluation. This time, I don't have time for the evaluation on all days of the Basho, so we swapped these tasks. Yarimotsu has always provided a link that took us to a multiple choice form that each player had to fill out and then sent back for checking. I will do it a little differently. And this is how these results are created: • Each correct pick will earn you one point • If a Rikishi is listed in one of the potential bouts but never has a match scheduled in the Basho, the bout will not count for the allocation of points. This is especially interesting for Terunofuji. I don’t know if he will start. But if he isn’t listed the whole basho on any torikumi, the bout will not be counted If two or more entrants end up with the same number of correct picks, the two following tiebreaker rules will apply: • TB1: entrants will earn TB points for their ability to spot winning outsiders (i.e. the fewer players to correctly pick a winner, the more TB points you score) and the entrant with most TB points will win the tiebreaker. • TB2: if the first tiebreaker does not break the tie, the entrant with the earliest submission time will be declared the winner. Since a whole week I habe opened the game 21 for Hatsu Basho 25, but until now I got only three vote emails (Tochinofuji, Yarimotsu and Gusoyama) I hope for more as these! You all are invited: Many players of the past and many many new players I know, there were as ever some mistakes (Ashes on my head!) But they are now corrected. I don't think you can send me a vote before the deadline. But I will allow you to submit your tip here in the forum after the deadline but before the Makuuchi starts. Then we will of course not be able to include your results into the ranking, but we can list them separately after the ranking. So that you can see how good or not you would have been if you had made the deadline. Other players who want to try the game 21, can also make use of this offer. This is not a rule change, but just an attempt to allow players like Fujisan to try the game out of competition. A word to Yarimotsu, who will do the daily evaluations and with whom I have not discussed this: You don't need to care about these tips. I will publish Fujisan's results (and those of other potential interested parties) separately after your regular evaluation. This is only an attempt. The yellow table contains all the tips, the second table contains the distribution of votes for each fight between A, B and X. During the basho can entered the day and the result (A or B) for all the fights that took place, and at the end "X" for the bouts that did not take place. As I will be unavailable for a few days during the basho, Yarimotsu will do that.
