Yeah, I have seen that picture before... presuming that the one on the left is actually a woman (and not some male Dutch wrestler) :), am I wrong in that she appears to be wearing "only a mawashi", much unlike her counterpart, who is wearing the customary full body stretch outfit...  I have been wondering that since I first saw this picture... :)

Top or no top, I'd watch women's sumo just like men's - why should the guys have all the fun?? :D

Well, your poll makes me think if we had a real good Sumo females Tournament, that could make a lot of common things between rikishi-men and rikishi-women and they could marry eachother and we could have a renewal in Sumo with a lot of sumo-babies who will inherit of the physical features of their parents ... That could be great, because actually a lot of Sumotori marry very thin Japanese beauties, and they're right but the problem is if their children have the mother's physique, and it's all over for a generation at least ...
