Exil 301 Posted March 2, 2005 (edited) The following applies to new accounts. Users with active accounts should not be alarmed. When registering a forum account, you receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to activate your account. You must complete the registration by activating your account within 30 days of registering. If you fail to activate it during that period, your account will be automatically deleted. The email should arrive within one hour of registering, depending on your email provider. If you haven't received the aforementioned email, here's what you can do: Make sure your email address was correctly entered. If you are using a spam blocker (free email services including Yahoo and Hotmail automatically apply one), check your bulk/spam/trash folder to see if the email was moved there. (And make sure to flag Sumo Forum emails as "Not Spam".) On the forum index page, click Resend Validation Email and follow instructions. If you still haven't received the email, try registering with a different (valid) email address. Edited November 21, 2006 by Exil
