(On the banzuke...) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've shared MAS's opinion on Asa's tachiai harite for a while. Does anyone disagree with him? ;-)

kotooshu_bulgaria 0 Posted September 10, 2005 (edited) koto...i see you changed your av pic. i thought the one you had before was beautifully artistic. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanx for noticing that, I changed the picture because I found out that Boltono oyakata had made this picture for me in the Bench sumo game. I find it pretty artistic too! Thanx a bunch, Boltono oyakata! ;-) Edited September 10, 2005 by kotooshu_bulgaria
_the_mind_ 0 Posted September 10, 2005 yes that one is very nice too, and as i typed the pervious message i thought "wow that one is very artistic as well, maybe i should have chose better words". perhaps i should have said the previous picture was photographically dramatic with the light and dark contrast, plus it was a pose you dont normally see pictures in, plus the shinkona on the side, i just found it to be dramaticlly/artisticlly/ estetically appealing incidently forgive my terrible spelling. ...anyway im done babbleing :)

(On the banzuke...) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The headlines in the tickertape have always been "clickable", leading to the full article. We try to change them as soon as relevant new content becomes available. Please come back to our site from time to time for new stuff (Singing drunk...) Future improvements may include making the tickertape a bit taller and wider to facilitate ease of use... Naifuzan 1 Posted September 10, 2005 I find the scrollbar thing extremely annoying... wait wait wait... (Dohyo-iri...) Guess I'm part of today's youth with no patience :-D
Otokonoyama 2,735 Posted September 11, 2005 I find the scrollbar thing extremely annoying... wait wait wait... (Applauding...) Guess I'm part of today's youth with no patience :-D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's one reason I hope we are able to make it wider in the near future - so that you will be able to see two or three headlines at once as they scroll past... Takanorappa 97 Posted September 11, 2005 (edited) Wider would definitely be better. (Sign of approval) Edited September 11, 2005 by Takanorappa
Naganoyama 5,911 Posted September 11, 2005 Or possibly a static link to a page with links to all the new articles on it. (Instead / additionally).
Ryukaze 0 Posted September 12, 2005 "Ehem".....to the topic of Asa's Harite....It's without a doubt been his bread and butter style that catapoulted him into the upper ranks, the perfect weapon powered by his aggressiveness and intensity. He used it to his great success even just until his promotion to Yokozuna (where he still uses it now and again). "where the head goes the body will follow" is a true statement, a good swift harite can disrupt ANY rikishi's opening charge, and can disturb and overcome weaker opponents with ease. Not too mention it's certainly one of the more exciting manuevers in sumo to watch a true display of power and intensity, may the harite never be abandoned by any in Ozumo. -
